How billing works
Usage-based, with no charge for the same person or agent twice in a month.
What counts as a monthly active user?
Any human who completes at least one authentication in a calendar month. Repeat logins by the same person are never billed twice.
What counts as a monthly active agent?
Any AI agent identity that exercises at least one grant in a calendar month, regardless of how many calls it makes under that grant.
Do you charge for connectors?
No. Connectors are included on every paid plan, and the Free plan includes five so you can evaluate the full flow.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Plans are month to month and usage above the included volume is billed at the listed overage rate, so you never get locked out mid-launch.
